Privacy & Cookie Policy
Last updated: 15 October 2026. How Creative Scrolling S.L. handles personal data and cookies on scrolling.media.
1. Who we are
This website is run by Creative Scrolling S.L. (Scrolling Media), tax ID ESB21768114, Carretera de Fuencarral 44, 28108 Madrid, Spain. You can contact us at hello@scrolling.media.
2. What we collect and why
- Contact form. Your name, business email, annual ad spend range, how you heard about us, ideal start date and message. We use this to reply to you and discuss working together. Legal basis: taking steps at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.
- Booking a call. If you book through Calendly, Calendly collects your name, email and chosen time under its own privacy policy. We receive those details so we can hold the call.
- Website analytics. Only if you click Accept on the cookie banner, Google Analytics records how visitors use the site: pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location and traffic source. Legal basis: your consent.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider processes your IP address and device data to deliver the site securely.
3. Cookies and similar storage
Analytics cookies only switch on if you accept them. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer. Rejecting stops analytics.

4. Who we share data with
We share data only with the services we use to run the site and our business: Webflow (hosting and forms), Google (analytics, only after you accept), Calendly (bookings) and our email provider. We do not sell your data.
5. Transfers outside the EU
Some of these providers are based in the United States. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on safeguards such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
6. How long we keep it
Enquiries: 12 months after our last contact with you. Analytics data: for the limited period set in our Google Analytics account. Your cookie choice: 12 months.

You can ask us for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and portability, and you can object to processing. You can withdraw your consent at any time through Cookie settings. To use any of these rights, write to hello@scrolling.media.
